RULES & REGULATIONS
- The participants will enter in teams, each comprising of two members.
- For each team, an entry fee of 200 rupee must be paid for registration.
- Each team is required to submit a 30 second to 2 minute video of project, along with project abstract.
- Shortlisting of a potential projects by review panel, that will be announced later.
- Top 8 projects will receive an invite from our society on Gemcon’24.
- The final positions will depend on the project’s potential as well as the presentation by the team members on that day.
REGISTRATION DETAILS:
- First get yourself registered by submitting the video of your project and Rs.200 per team.
- You will be selected by our respective review panel according to the potential of the project that you will be submitting.
- Once your project gets shortlisted and selected for Meditech Expo you will have to pay 1000 Rs per person to attend Gemcon’24 on 4th May,2024.
- The monetary submission also offers you the added perks of gift bags, pharmaceutical drug samples, certificates, lunch and various other refreshments.
- Individuals wishing to attend the Expo as observers will be required to register themselves for Gemcon’24.
