Urology Department started in 2000. Affiliated to UHS as constituent medical college in

January 2011.1t is 25 bedded department including pediatric reconstructive urology and Uro-Gynae.14 residents including MS and FCPS doing their training in the urology department.Department is re-registered for renal transplant.PCNL (Supine and prone, Mini /Micro/Standard) have been doingin the Department on routine bases.Laparoscopic procedures have been doing in the departmentwhich are done invery few setups across the Punjab.Bipolar & Laser prostatic surgery is done on regular basis. Adult & Pediatrics Endo-Urology is fully functional in our department. Uro-Gynae reconstructive surgeries are part of routine procedures. Our department has5 National Publications in last one year. We have skill lab with Endoscopic Simulators for residents learning purpose. Regular Workshops to improve the 

learning curve.ln previous one year , our 6 students passed IMM examination and one student passedFCPS Il. In future we plan to start ESWL and Uro-dynamics in our department
